Refund policy
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice and depend on inventory availability. If one of the products ordered becomes out of stock after the transaction has been completed, we will notify you by email. The out-of-stock product will then be removed from your order and the price of that product will be refunded. Crescita disclaims all liability in the event of a stock shortage and for any damages that may result from it or from any delivery delay.
PRICES AND SALES TAXES
Prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD$), do not include taxes, and may change without notice. The official total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, will be provided at the time your order is confirmed on the Site.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
We only accept credit card payments issued in Canada by Visa™ and MasterCard™.
Shipping is free on orders of CAD$100 or more before taxes. For orders under CAD$100, shipping fees apply. Please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your order. If a product requires additional time due to availability, we will notify you by email of any potential delay.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Within 15 days following the completion of any transaction on the Site, we will send you an order confirmation email, including the total price of your order and detailed transaction terms. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction without obligation to provide justification. If your transaction is cancelled, you will be notified by email at the address provided.
We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Generally, when a transaction is cancelled, the amount is not charged to your credit card. If it has already been charged, we will issue a refund or apply a corresponding credit to your credit card.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when it was originally received. You have 30 days to submit a refund request.
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. A return authorization number is required and will be provided as part of the return process. Returned product(s) must always be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and the original packing slip.
Online exchanges are not accepted.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If you are returning an item valued at more than CAD$75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. A copy of the credit confirmation will be sent to you by email.
Online purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges in pharmacies, spas, or aesthetic salons.
Any product purchased from third-party retailers (including, but not limited to, authorized online retailers, spas, or aesthetic salons) is not covered by this return policy and will not be accepted.
SALE ITEMS
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
PRODUCTS WITH “NPN” OR “DIN”
Products containing a Natural Product Number (NPN) or a Drug Identification Number (DIN), such as sun protection products, are non-refundable.
ALLERGIES / SKIN REACTIONS
We understand that, in rare cases, a product may not be suitable for your skin type. In such cases, Crescita will refund the product that caused the skin reaction. Any reaction must be reported within 48 hours of product use by calling 1-800-361-0352. Crescita reserves the right to request a doctor’s note and/or photos of the skin reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the shipping box for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Some wear on the shipping box is normal.
If any items in your order are damaged, please contact us by email at info@aquafolia.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. For optimal service, please provide:

ERRORS ON OUR SITE
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the product information displayed on our Site, errors may occasionally occur (pricing, descriptions, etc.). CRESCITA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION TO HONOR THE INCORRECTLY DISPLAYED CONDITIONS.
If such a situation occurs, we will correct the information as soon as possible and contact you if you have already placed an order for the affected item.
